1.Acceptance of Terms

4.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 3n4n.com reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, 3n4n.com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the User's account. 3n4n.com shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant stake.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the 3n4n.com Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and audiovisual materials, is the property of 3n4n.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 3n4n.com.

9.Limitation of Liability

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.3 Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, 3n4n.com reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account.

12.Governing Law and Disputes
